If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, contact our Customer Service team at 1300 296 505 or online@remarkablefurniture.com.au right away for a refund. Once shipped, our post-dispatch policy applies.

Returns
For online orders, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of receipt. For items that have already been dispatched, a store credit voucher will be issued. You will be offered a refund in the form of store credit.

If you change your mind about your purchase at Remarkable Online Store, we offer a 30-day return policy with Easy Return for online orders. During this period, you can start the return process to receive a full refund. If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. However, if the item has been dispatched, a store credit voucher will be issued upon return. Once the 30-day period has lapsed, a 20% cancellation fee applies.

Some items are not covered by our return policy, including accessories, firepits, rugs, and umbrellas, clearance items or items with discounts exceeding 40% off RRP (Recommended Retail Price), floor stock, demo models, showroom or warehouse sales items, and custom products.

- Return expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you got free shipping when you purchased the item, you'll receive store credit equal to the item's price. However, if Remarkable Outdoor Living pays for the return shipping, that cost will be subtracted from your overall store credit amount.
