Are there any extra discounts or in-store specials?

Yes. Anyone who books an appointment via our sign-up form earns an extra $5 off any clearance purchase over $50. Showrooms also feature manager specials on select items, and all prices are negotiable — just ask in store for a further markdown.

How can I order, hold, or pay for clearance items?

  • In-person purchase: Inspect in-store and pay in full at checkout.

  • Online exception: For confident buyers, we can process a manual order if you chat/email our team, sign a disclaimer, prepay 100 %, and agree on delivery.

  • Holds: Not standard, but possible if you sign the disclaimer and prepay (non-refundable).

  • Payment methods: Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. All clearance items must be paid in full—no finance options.

What warranty applies, and what if a clearance item is faulty or missing parts

  • Sold as-is: Clearance items (overstock, ex-display, refurbished, aged, returns) come without extra warranty beyond Australian Consumer Law rights.

  • Reporting issues: Contact us via online chat or store within 3 days of delivery for defects or missing parts not previously disclosed.

  • Consumer rights: You’re entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, or repair/replacement if the item is not of acceptable quality.

How does delivery and collection work?

  • Delivery: Available metro-wide (no interstate). Items are lightly packed/blanket-wrapped—inspection recommended.

  • Cost: Calculated by postcode, item volume/weight, and service level. Use our delivery calculator at checkout for instant quotes.

  • Collection: By appointment only (24 hrs’ notice). Confirm stock location and store hours, then pick up Mon–Fri during business hours. Arrive within your booked slot to avoid delays.
